When traveling around the world, you're bound to eat some of the greatest foods to ever exist. And of course, some bad food as well. And well, drinks too--but let's start with the food. GreeceThe food that I ate in Pefkohori was alright though I prefer Greece's food than Hawaii and Mexico although there were some great food in Mexico. We pretty much cooked at home while in Greece but we decided to try out one of the restaurants that were down the street. It was a seafood restaurant and when we got in, it was stunning. The restaurant was called Paralia Aeollos Sea View and the way they set up the tables; it was really cute. Everything was so neatly tucked in especially with the utensils. The fork, the spoon and the knife they were all put in a folded blue napkin. The colors for the tables; they had a white cloth that complimented with a blue cloth underneath the white one. The restaurant was also super close to the beach which was nice since we went there for lunch and we left our stuff at the beach. We had no problems leaving our things back there. Nevertheless, the waiter that served us was really friendly and fun to talk, recommending which food is the best. And then the food arrived, or at least half of it. As we wait for the food, he would bring our drinks and then, there's the salad as well as the bread that they would serve as small appetizers as we waited for our food. But the amount of the salad they had brought us, it was huge. Like it was literally humongous. Between the four of us, we couldn't even eat the entire thing; we only ate half of it. But I'm not much of a salad person. And then, the food came. The portion wasn't that huge compared to the salad but we still had trouble eating because it was too much for us. We typically don't eat a lot of food so there was still half of the food left. Regardless, our food. I ordered chicken kebab while my sister ordered fried calamari. I know my dad and I shared the chicken kebab because of the large portion and on the sides, we had fries. When I tried it, I felt that the chicken was...dry. And it wasn't that great, to be honest. I liked the fries and then the garlic bread which they brought us the first time around. I also tried the calamari; it didn't suit my appetite. So all in all, while the waiter we had was great, the food was alright. Most of the pictures are from Paralia Aeollos Sea View's website as I didn't take any. Rialto PizzaEven though we mostly cooked at our hotel like homemade fries, soup, chicken etc, we decided to try something else...Pizza! Because who doesn't love pizza? The yummy, gooey taste of pizza! We went to Rialto Pizza and it also one of those take out restaurants though and as well you could've sat inside. We order a margarita pizza. Even though we do like to have extra cheese, this one had too much cheese. *Le gasp* but how can one have too much cheese, you ask? Simple. Like the pizza itself was only cheese and there was barely any bread because it was covered by so much of it. So unfortunately, the pizza was alright. What are your favorite foods? Most of the pictures are from Rialto Pizza's website as I didn't take any.
